This course has 10 different warm-up classes that can help you get ready for your ride by gently warming up those structures of the body needed when mounted. Each class warms up the whole body but does have a little different focus, like each ride you will warm up your horse slightly different according to the daily needs. By having a set of different topics you can learn and choose what is best for you body every day new. The classes have proven helpful for riders of all ages and levels - Novice riders gain more elasticity and suppleness, and professional riders gain the preparation and care they need to put into their own body to be able to perform on high level on the horse in a healthy and harmonious way.
