I created this series of online courses to help riders radically improve their performance both on and off the horse. This method is the culmination of my core professional interest: connecting the precise principles of human movement to the art of riding.
This approach is based on developing foundational rhythm, balance, and suppleness to create profound harmony in your movement. My own riding skills developed hugely during my physiotherapy studies, and I realized this critical knowledge was often missing from traditional equestrian training.
Thanks to the digital world, this specialized, body-focused training is now accessible globally, allowing you to learn from anywhere and transform your partnership with your horse.
Equi-Chair is a monthly online movement class streamed live for our community. If you can’t make the live session, recordings are typically available within 72 hours and guaranteed within one week of the broadcast.
All classes are designed to enhance the elasticity of the body and focus on the special needs for the rider. Many exercises will make you more aware of your seat when back in the saddle and give you tools to find a better balance and harmony with the horse. There is no “fitness-level” required, all exercises can be modified to your individual needs. You can do these classes on any chair everywhere.
The Equi-Chair Year Subscription provides access to the entire year of our movement classes (12 live classes and 12 corresponding recordings).
Select this option only if you wish to subscribe for the full twelve months.
This one-month course plan gives you access to the selected live online webinar and its recording for 1 month.
The classes are all recorded and a recording link will be sent out afterwards (valid for 6 weeks)

My friend "Lynn" kept nudging me to record a warm-up class, but I kept saying that it is always different. Finally we came up with the idea of making a collection of different warm-up classes for you to choose and tailor according to your daily need! I hope you enjoy the classes as much as Lynn and I did making them!
These course has 10 different warm-up classes that can help you get ready for your ride by gently warming up those structures of the body needed when mounted. Each class warms up the whole body but does have a little different focus, like each ride you will warm up your horse slightly different according to the daily needs. By having a set of different topics you can learn and choose what is best for you body every day new.
The classes have proven helpful for riders of all ages and levels - Novice riders gain more elasticity and suppleness, and professional riders gain the preparation and care they need to put into their own body to be able to perform on high level on the horse in a healthy and harmonious way.
